AGENDA

  1. Call meeting to order.

  2. Verification of posting of meeting notice.

  3. Approval of previous meeting minutes.

  4. Public comment.

  5. Approval to deviate from posted agenda.

  6. Management Team issues/concerns.

  7. Discussion, review and possible action concerning the language of the Shawano County Employee Handbook and Procedures Manual.

  8. New position, position upgrade, LTE requests-2014 budget.

  9. Review insurance loss runs.

  10. Continuation of portfolio managed data (25/25) - Dreher, Madsen.

  11. Discuss possible purchase of Hotz property - Madsen.

  12. Monthly reports: Administration, Corp. Counsel, Child Support, Technology Services.

  13. Review and approve departmental budgets: Administration, Child Support, County Clerk, Technology Services.

  14. It is anticipated to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) to discuss personnel issue(s).

  15. It is anticipated that a motion will be made and seconded to come out of closed session, take action if necessary and continue with agenda.

  16. Letters, communications, item(s) for future agenda.

  17. Set next meeting date(s).

  18. Adjournment.
