AGENDA

  1. Call meeting to order.

  2. Verification of posting of meeting notice.

  3. Approval of previous minutes.

  4. Approval to deviate from posted agenda.

  5. Public comment.

  6. Management Team issues/concerns.

  7. Review and possibly approve request by District Attorney regarding PTO payout.

  8. Employee handbook status.

  9. Update and possible action regarding wage and classification study.

  10. Review and possibly approve resolution regarding across the board wage adjustment.

  11. Review and possibly approve resolution regarding County Surveyor.

  12. Review and possible MOU with Green Light Grants.

  13. Monthly reports: Administration, Corporation Counsel, Child Support, Technology Services.

  14. It is anticipated that a motion will be made and seconded to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(c)&(e) to discuss personnel and strategy issues concerning wages and WRS deductions applicable to county elected officers, including the sheriff, and consideration of Eau Claire County case number 11CV407, and to conduct performance evaluation of Administrative Coordinator.

  15. It is anticipated that a motion will be made and seconded to come out of closed session, take any needed action concerning the closed session items, and continue with the agenda.
