Date/Time: Sheriff’s Sales will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
Place: The first floor of the Shawano County Courthouse, 311 N. Main Street, Shawano, Wisconsin.
Payment Notice: A 10% down payment, in the form of certified funds, is required at the time of the sale, payable to the Shawano County Clerk of Courts. Payment must be made in cash or certified bank check.
Other: A designee of the Sheriff conducts the sale. The sale is in the form of an auction. The highest bidder is awarded the property.

Any questions regarding the property should to be directed to the attorney listed on the notice. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check for back taxes, liens, judgments, etc. that are attached to the property.
Starting 10/1/18, bidders are required to complete the eligible third-party bidder affidavit (Form CV-550) with their notarized signature before the time of sale. Form CV-550 listed below or available prior to the start of the sale. |
