Departments Home
Provide information and assistance to the public as to formal and informal probate matters; to assist the court with clerking of court hearings and maintenance of court files for juvenile, probate, guardianship, civil commitment, adoption and termination of parental rights proceedings; to collect funds due to the County through juvenile forfeitures, filing fees, costs and attorney fee reimbursements in guardianship, commitment, juvenile and probate matters.

Accepts payments on court obligations in juvenile, guardianship and commitment matters; maintain court files, prepare interim and dispositional orders, administer informal probate, clerk court proceedings, prepare weekly deposits and provide weekly and monthly reports to the County Treasurer's office.

File & maintain court records involving guardianship, juveniles, adoption, termination of parental rights, mental health issues, and probate as authorized under Chapters 48, 54, 55, 851-879 and 938 of Wis. Stats.
