How & Where to use your eWIC

Checking your balance:

  1. Download the Wisconsin MyWIC app through your play store and apple store.
  2. Log onto www.ebtedge.com website.
  3. Call eWIC automated phone line (877) 231-3452.
  4. Your local WIC office can print a benefit balance.

Forget your Pin?

Your PIN will be locked if the wrong PIN was entered 4 times in a row.
  • Contact your WIC office if you forgot your PIN or to unlock your pin.
  • Log onto www.ebtedge.com to change your pin number.


Card Replacement:

Contact your WIC office if your card is lost, stolen or damaged.

To use your eWIC card at the store:
  • Tell the cashier you are using your eWIC card.
  • Ask if you need to separate your WIC foods from your other groceries.
  • Ask when you should swipe your card and enter your PIN.
