Eligibility and Application

Are you eligible for WIC?

  • Lives in Wisconsin
  • Pregnant, breastfeeding women with an infant up to age 1 or had a baby in the last 6 months.
  • Have an infant, or children under 5 years old.
  • Care for a foster/kinship infant or child
  • Meet income guidelines

All the income coming into the home (before deductions) is less than equal to WIC income guidelines. To view income guidelines, click here<<

You may be eligible if you are participating in Medicaid or BadgerCare Plus, FoodShare, W-2 program or TANF programs.

How to apply for WIC

To apply, make an appointment by calling or visiting a local WIC office.
