Are you eligible for WIC?
- Lives in Wisconsin
- Pregnant, breastfeeding women with an infant up to age 1 or had a baby in the last 6 months.
- Have an infant, or children under 5 years old.
- Care for a foster/kinship infant or child
- Meet income guidelines
All the income coming into the home (before deductions) is less than equal to WIC income guidelines. To view income guidelines, click here
You may be eligible if you are participating in Medicaid or BadgerCare Plus, FoodShare, W-2 program or TANF programs.
