This area is responsible for the development and maintenance of computerized county wide parcel mapping and Real Property Listing services for the general public. Assessment rolls and notices are prepared for the Assessors, tax rolls are run for the municipal Clerks, tax bills are provided for the Treasurer's Office, and changes in property are kept current when sold, and parcel maps are updated for all of Shawano County.
All 911 information is updated and kept for reference. Numbers are assigned for new construction and then maintained in our GIS system for visual representation and administration. Maps for municipalities and emergency services for the 911 addresses are printed here upon request.
