FoodShare Wisconsin was created to help stop hunger and to improve nutrition and health. It helps people with limited money buy the food they need for good health.
There are 4 ways to apply:- Completing an ACCESS online application with an electronic signature.
- Completing a request for assistance over the phone using a telephonic signature by calling the Bay Lake Consortium at 888-794-5747.
- Apply as a walk-in at your local agency.

Wisconsin Medicaid has many different health care programs that can help certain needy or low-income individuals and families pay for health care. The program rules and income limits are not the same for each program.

Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy Program
Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy supports low-income working families by subsidizing a portion of the cost of quality child care while the parents or caregivers are working or participating in another approved activity.
