Community Support Program

About the Program

The Community Support Program (CSP) provides comprehensive, community‑based mental health services for adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. CSP focuses on helping people maintain stability, reduce symptoms, and continue their recovery while living in their own homes and communities.

Services are individualized and can range from minimal to highly intensive support, depending on a person’s needs. Care is coordinated by a multidisciplinary team and is often provided in the individual’s natural environment to reduce the need for repeated crisis services or extended hospital stays.
