Children's Community Options ProgramAbout the ProgramThe Children’s Community Options Program (CCOP) provides flexible support for families caring for a child with a disability at home. The program helps with disability‑related needs when a child has substantial challenges in daily activities due to a developmental disability, physical disability, or significant emotional or behavioral needs.
CCOP supports children who meet functional eligibility criteria through the statewide, web‑based Children’s Functional Screen. Once eligibility is confirmed, the county partners with the family to understand their goals and identify services, resources, or one‑time supports that can help their child be safe, independent, and engaged in their community.
