The Shawano County Human Services Aging Unit and the Commission on Aging have a mission to advocate for individuals 60 and older as well as those with disabilities so they can live with dignity, safety, health and self-determination.

We strive to provide services and supports that can help individuals live healthy, independent and meaningful lives. Our programs include the Senior Nutrition Program (including congregate and home delivered meals), Caregiver Programs, Fall Prevention, Diabetes Education, Women’s Incontinence (Mind Over Matter), Advocacy and Support for those on a journey involving Dementia.
