Land in Town of Almon
The 60-acre tract of land provides walk-in access to the North Branch of the Embarrass River, a Class I trout stream.
Land in Town of Bartelme
This 35-acre site is located along the North Branch of the Embarrass River, a Class II trout stream. It is composed mostly of cedar swamp and open fields. The Mountian Bay Trail runs along the south edge of the property.
Land in Town of Wittenberg
Located within this 85-acre parcel is Wilson Creek, a Class I trout stream. The site includes lowland areas of cedar swamp, tag alder, and upland hardwoods. The Mountain Bay Trail passes about 1/4 mile to the north and during winter a marked snowmobile trail runs through the property.
Maple Hills Recreation Area
Maple Lane Health Care Center is located on a small portion of the 646-acre site that also includes 3 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails, hiking and biking trails, a small lighted sledding hill with parking facilities, and an area for radio controlled plane use.
Mud Lake Wildlife Area
The 321-acre site encompassing Mud Lake and Pickerel Creek, is mostly wetland and marshlands and is a popular duck hunting area. A parking area is located along Highway 47.
Spring Lake Wildlife Area
Walk-in access to this 15-acre parcel surrounds a small wilderness lake with parking provided off Hwy 47.
