Not Guilty Plea If you wish to discuss any aspect of your case, consider entering a "Not Guilty " plea. If a not guilty plea is entered prior to the court date on your citation, you will not need to appear on that date. A notice of hearing will be sent notifying you of your Court Trial or Jury Trial. This is your "day in court" at which you can plead your case. Once you receive this notice you may contact the District Attorney's Office to negotiate your case prior to the trial. If you accept the District Attorney's offer or they are not willing to negotiate and you no longer want the trial, you MUST send a Change of Plea to No Contest or Guilty with a request to cancel the trial date to the Clerk of Courts a minimum of 2 days prior to your trial date.

If you have been denied an occupational license by Dep. of Motor Vehicles, you may petition the Court to review your case. Please review the instructions thoroughly to ensure you bring all needed documentation along with your petition.
Petition for IID Exemption (Ignition Interlock Device)
If you have special circumstances or vehicles you no longer own and feel these vehicles should be exempted from the Ignition Interlock Device (IID) installation, you may petition the court to have those vehicles exempted from the IID. The court will review the petition and make its determination if the vehicles may be exempted. Please attach the DOT printout of the vehicles title in your name.
