Small Claim filing fee is $94.50. Mailing of the initial pleading on a money judgment can be accomplished by the Clerk of Courts, if the respondent resides in Shawano Co., for an additional $2.00 per a defendant.
If the case is a replevin (return of property), eviction or if the respondent reside outside of Shawano Co. the pleadings must be served by a process server or the Sheriff's Dept. in the county of residence of the respondent for an additional fee charged by the process server/Sheriff's Dept.
