Who is eligible?
No per who is qualified and able to serve as a juror may be excluded from that service in any court of this state on the basis of sex, race, color, sexual orientation as defined in s/ 111.32 (3M), disability, religion, national origin, marital status, family status, lawful source of income age or ancestry or because of a physical condition.
How do I confirm I need to come for trial?
Jurors who received a summons and calendar for the month should call the "hot line" at 715-526-4912 after 5pm the night before the trial and the morning of the trial before they leave. The recorded message will state which juror numbers need to report for the trial ( example: the calendar may say "Jurors #1 thru 100 need to appear, and the recorded message may state only Jurors #1 thru 25 need to appear or Jurors do not need to appear as the trial has settled). The message will be updated as new information is received. |
