Temporary Restraining Order/Injunction: You are responsible for selecting the appropriate Petition. The Clerk of Courts cannot "tell" you which one to file. Depending on the Petition chosen, you may be required to pay a filing fee of $164.50 and the cost of service on the respondent.
Upon the expiration of the Injunction, you may petition the court for return of firearms surrendered as part of the injunction. A search will be conducted prior to return of any firearms to verify you are eligible to receive them.
