MISSION STATEMENT: To afford those using the Court system all the necessary information and documentation to allow them to be informed on procedures, and give them the direction they need to complete their court related activities or litigation.
 
The Clerk of Courts Office requests that parties
wishing to have file stamped documents 
returned to them after filing, please include self
addressed, stamped envelope
 (with proper postage amount)
along with your documents for filing.

For your convenience, text message reminders for future hearing dates can be sent to your cell phone. If interested please contact the Clerk of Courts at 715-526-9347.

Clerk of Court Responsibilities
  • Maintain Court Case Management - Criminal, Family, Small Claim and Forfeitures (includes DNR, traffic and Ordinances)
  • Maintain Judgment and Lien dockets (Tax warrants, Unemployment warrants, Workers Compensation warrants, Hospital liens, Construction liens. Small claims judgments & large Civil judgments
  • Collection/Enforcement of fines, forfeitures and restution
  • Maintains list of Certified Jurors.
  • Process passport applications. including taking of passport photos
MANDATORY E-FILING EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2017
All attorneys &  Pro Se Small Claims filers that file 10 or more cases per year must efile cases effective May 1, 2017. Please review the process here.
