Circuit Court, Branch II conducts hearings on criminal matters: misdemeanor and felony crimes, divorces, paternity, traffic, conservation cases, juvenile, civil and small claims.

Fine and forfeiture payments are made at the Menominee County Clerk of Court. Scheduling takes place with the judicial assistant who can be reached at 715-526-9328. Hearings on Menominee County cases take place at the Shawano County Courthouse.
