The Shawano-Menominee Counties Health Department has created a COVID19 Vaccine clinic to be held weekly on Thursdays and Fridays! These clinics are subject to the availability of the COVID19 Vaccine that is allocated from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (Wisconsin DHS).If you are currently eligible to receive the vaccine, please go to our scheduling website (link below) to make an appointment. Otherwise, please call our COVID-19 Hotline at (715-526-4818) for assistance or to be added to our waitlist.
All appointments must be made online. This is the most efficient way to schedule an appointment. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The following is the process in which you can register for an appointment: - Due to the weekly allocation of COVID19 Vaccines, appointments are available on a weekly basis that is directly related to the number of vaccines received by the Wisconsin DHS allocation. This is done to avoid having to cancel a scheduled appointment.
- If there is no availability for an appointment, please check again on Mondays for the Thursday and Friday of that week.
We have also, established a COVID-19 Hotline to assist you in scheduling or getting on a list for the next available appointment if you do not have access to a computer.COVID-19 Hotline: 715-526-4818
As you can imagine, we are getting many, many calls so your patience is so much appreciated!! If you leave your name and phone number, we will get back to you as soon as we are able. Thank you for your patience and for doing your part in continuing the COVID-19 preventive guidelines!
