In response to the rapidly evolving public health emergency the Land Conservation Department (LCD) starting on March 23, 2020 and until further notice will be closed to walk-in customers. Staff are still available to assist customers by phone, email and mail (see contact info below). If necessary, documents can be dropped-off outside of our office door in a box labeled LCD. Our goal is to avoid any unnecessary in-person contact to do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through this together.
Thank you,
LCD staff
The Land Conservation Division coordinates and implements conservation programs at the local level by establishing priorities for controlling resource problems; deciding what types of conservation assistance best serve the needs of county land users; and cooperating with state and federal agencies to accomplish goals.
