March 31, 2010 - Shawano County Zoning Code Project Update and Open Houses
The County is in the process of updating its zoning code, originally adopted in 1967, to reflect changes in development and land use regulations and implement the vision set forth in recently adopted county and town comprehensive plans. The Zoning Code Advisory Committee, containing a representative from each town within Shawano County, has been working on this project since February 2009, and is now ready to obtain broader town and public input on the progress thus far.
