Mission Statement
Provide information and assistance to the general public as to formal and informal probate matters; to assist the court with clerking of court hearings and maintenance of court files for juvenile, probate, guardianship, civil commitment, adoption and termination of parental rights proceedings; to collect funds due to the County through juvenile forfeitures, filing fees, costs and attorney fee reimbursements in guardianship, commitment, juvenile and probate matters.
Description
Accepts payments on court obligations in juvenile, guardianship and commitment matters; maintain court files, prepare interim and dispositional orders, administer informal probate, clerk court proceedings, prepare weekly deposits and provide weekly and monthly reports to the County Treasurer's office.
