The Clerk of Courts Office requests that parties wishing to have file stamped documents
returned to them after filing, please include self addressed,
stamped envelope (with proper postage amount) along with your documents for filing.

For your convenience, text message reminders for future hearing dates can be sent to your cell phone. If interested please contact the Clerk of Courts at 715-526-9347.

Clerk of Court Responsibilities
- Maintain Court Case Management
- Maintain Judgment and Lien dockets
- Collection of fines and forfeitures in traffic, ordinance violations, and criminal cases.
- Process passport applications

  1. Large Civil (CV)-Claims over $10,000.00, Foreclosures, Property disputes, Restraining Orders, Name Changes
  2. Small Claims (SC)-Claims under $10,000.00, evictions, replevins
  3. Forfeitures (FO) – Adult Ordinance Citations, DNA Citations
  4. Traffic (TR) – Ordinance Traffic Citations

Payment options and payment plans
a. Payment plans are available for defendants having fines totaling $275 or more.
b. Defendants are allowed 30 days after conviction to pay or set up payment plan if eligible
c. ALL fines are certified with the WI Department of Revenue for tax refund interception
