To carry out the duties of the Circuit Court set forth in the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Wisconsin as efficiently and as fairly as possible.
Description
Circuit Court, Branch II handles all criminal matters, misdemeanor and felony crimes and one-half of civil actions over $5,000.00. Divorces, non-support, paternity conservation cases and marriage ceremonies are also performed in this office.

MENOMINEE COUNTY CASES:
Menominee County cases are filed with the Menominee County Clerk of Court. That office is located at PO Box 279, Keshena WI 54135. The telephone number is (715) 799-3313. Fine and forfeiture payments are made at the Menominee County Clerk of Court. Scheduling takes place with the judicial assistant who can be reached at appropriate phone number listed above. Hearings on Menominee County cases take place at the Shawano County Courthouse.

The Judge may only talk on the record with both sides to an action present.
